PROGRAM

1st Day: MOUNTAIN BIKE

You will arrive in Manali in the morning. We will pick you up at Manali’s bus stand and drive you to your hotel.
 1pm: meeting at Top Rock Adventures office, then, you will go with your guide for a mountain bike ride around Manali . You will discover the main places of interest in the locality (Old Manali, Vashisht temple, Jogni waterfalls).
Night in Manali.

2nd Day: ROCK CLIMBING

9am: meeting at TRA office and take your equipment for a      rock climbing day. We will select the climbing area according to your level (beginner, intermediate, or advance). 4pm: Go back to TRA office and try your equipment for the next day. Night in Manali.

3rd Day: CANYONING

9am: meeting at TRA office.
We will take you to a beautiful canyon for 5 hours of great adventure!
We will go for a 20mn drive and 45mn walk to the starting point of the canyon.
There, our instructors will introduce you to the basic techniques of canyoning.
 During this course running through wild nature, you will enjoy rappelling in progressive high waterfalls. There are around 15 beautiful waterfalls from 15 to 55m length!!
4.30pm: Back to TRA office.
Night  in Manali.

4rd Day:TREKKING- Bhrigu Lake (4270m)
Bhrigu Lake lies east of the Rohtang Pass, in a secluded, lush green dale at an altitude of 4270m.
This high altitude lake is visited regularly by the local people and held sacred to Bhrigu “Rishi”.

You will go for 3-day // 2 night trek.
8.30am : meeting at TRA office and start the trek from Koshla village (4 to 5 hours)
During this 1st day, the trek ascends through pine forests and will take you above the treeline.
You will arrive to the camp at Deo Dugh (3200m). There, you will  get the best  view  on high peaks
Of Dolladhar range and Pinpanjal range. Night at camp.

 5th Day : TREKKING- Bhrigu Lake (4270m)
9am : After breakfast, you will start your walk to Bhrigu Lake. It will take around 2 to 3 hours  walk to the lake.
Early in the season, the path might has snow patches and the lake might be covered of ice.
You will enjoy a 360 degree view…
As  the lake is holy, the local customs do not allow for camps to set up, you will have to walk back to Deo Dugh.
Night at camp.

6th Day : TREKKING- Bhrigu Lake (4270m)
9am:  you will start this last day with a steep descent through forest.
After 3 hour walk, you will arrive in Vashisht village that is famous for its hot springs, ideal for a bath after the trek.
Night in Manali

7th Day: PARAGLIDING

8.30am: you will go to Solang with private car (20m drive). There, our guide will take you for a tandem flight (10 to 15m). You will discover extreme feelings and enjoy great view over the valley. 10am: you will be back to your hotel. 4pm: you will go by car to Manali bus stand. 5pm: you will start your journey back to Delhi.
